The TAHPERD Annual Convention is Texas’s premier professional learning event for K–12 & College physical education, health, recreation, & dance teachers, students and administrators, bringing together educators who are passionate about student wellness, movement, and lifelong health. This multi-day convention offers high-quality, standards-aligned sessions led by experienced teachers and experts, featuring practical strategies, engaging activities, and ready-to-use resources you can take straight back to your gym or classroom. Attendees also connect with fellow educators from across the state, explore the latest equipment and curriculum solutions, and leave energized, inspired, and equipped to elevate physical education and health programs for every student.

Cancellation Policy:
By registering for the event, you agree to the terms & conditions listed below.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing via email or postmarked no later than November 15, 2025. Send requests to registration@tahperd.org. All cancellations are subject to a $40 processing fee.
NO CANCELLATIONS will be accepted after November 15, 2025.

Please make your reservations at these designated Convention Hotels as long as rooms are available. Our use of the meeting space, convention facilities, and services is dependent upon rooms utilized by our attendees. When our room block commitments are not fulfilled, TAHPERD is contractually obligated to pay financial penalties to our hotels. Convention Center fees are being supported in part by our Convention Hotels room revenue.
