The TAHPERD Journal is published twice per year and remains prominently linked on the TAHPERD website until the next issue is released.
The Fall issue is released in August to correspond with the beginning of the school year. The Spring issue is released in late March or April to correspond with the beginning of spring and summer programming.
Advertisers may purchase one, two, or four issues. Discounted rates apply only to multi-issue subscriptions. Ad artwork and payment are due by the published ad deadline.
Emailed ads are preferred. Submit artwork as a TIFF or Adobe PDF file to reduce issues with missing fonts and images. Ads must be saved at 300 dpi. Please provide crop marks rather than framing to indicate page size.
Bleed is available on full-page ads and must be included in the submitted artwork; a 1/8-inch bleed is preferred. Do not send Word or PowerPoint files.

Promote your company at a TAHPERD event without purchasing an exhibit booth. Availability is limited.
Placement on the event Essentials Table, in the attendee app, or both. The flyer may be two-sided and must be printed and shipped to TAHPERD by the company.
