Purchase Orders
Need a Quote to create your PO? Email britt@tahperd.org to get one created. MUST have PO created and ready to upload when attendees are registering.
Group Registration
You will still need to look up EACH person by name & email address on the Registration Page. If their membership is current, you will be able to register them. If not, you will be prompted to renew their membership. Membership must be current through the date of the event.
If their record is not found...
- Check the email address provided.
- Check the spelling of the name.
- Contact services@tahperd.org for assistance.
Registering a group: Video
Mailing Address
Our Mailing Address is 1000 Heritage Center Circle, Round Rock, TX 78664. Email service@tahperd.org to request a new W9.
Adding Items
With a PO: Attendees can add items while they are registering. We will send them a payment link for the items not covered by the PO.
With a School District CC: This will need to be done it two different transactions. First, process the School District CC items fully. The attendee will get a confirmation email with a link where they can go back to their registration page and add additional items using their personal credit card.
